Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within PR, digital marketing, and corporate communications segments. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about the digital media space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to PR heads at corporates and decision-makers at PR/digital agencies
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and prospects through structured outreach
- Develop and execute outreach strategies in consultation with the Director/Sales Manager
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions
- Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure their needs are effectively serviced
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and closures in CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and satisfaction of new clients
- Participate in regular training, product updates, and review meetings
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in business development or inside sales (media/PR/digital preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined with a strong work ethic
- High level of ownership, honesty, and a willingness to grow personally and professionally
- Interest in digital marketing, PR, or media technology is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
