Plant In-charge cum Marketer
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plant operations.
- Supervise production, quality, and workforce.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the ash bricks manufacturing plant.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.
- Generate sales leads and achieve marketing targets.
- Coordinate dispatch, inventory, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily production and sales reports.
Requirements
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
