lead production planning and control for the entire plant, from order receipt to final delivery. Your core responsibilities include liaising with the detailing and Production team,optimizing plant machinery through industrial engineering methods, and advising on necessary staffing for manufacturing lines. You are also expected to escalate any variances to management promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) from order receipt to delivery.
- Optimize machine and staff utilization using operations research and industrial engineering principles.
- Liaise with internal departments, including detailing and operations, to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Utilize Excel and ERP systems to implement digital processes and drive operational excellence.
- Develop and provide MIS reports and dashboards for management.
Requirements:
- BE in Industrial Engineering; an MBA in Operations is preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in the heavy fabrication business including structure steel.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering to improve plant efficiency and effectiveness.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
