We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales to drive Home Loan business through direct sales, DSA/DST channels, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales and an established network in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan business through direct sales, referrals, and DSA/DST channels.
- Build relationships with Builders, Real Estate Agents, Consultants, CAs, and Channel Partners.
- Generate leads through field visits, telecalling, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle the complete Home Loan process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Guide customers on loan products, eligibility, documentation, and application process.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-ups.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience must be only in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Candidates from Insurance, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, or General Sales will not be considered.
- Must have an active local network of Builders, Real Estate Agents, DSAs, DSTs, Consultants, and CAs.
- Candidates from HDFC Sales and Ambak are not eligible.
- Minimum CIBIL Score: 630.
- Maximum Age: 45 years.
- Candidates must be currently based in the job location (No relocation candidates).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Are you comfortable joining on Exceled HR payroll for the initial 3 months (RM/SRM positions), followed by conversion to the company payroll based on performance?
