Job Details: Influencer Marketing Executive
We are looking for a creative and proactive **Influencer Marketing Executive** to build and manage relationships with influencers and content creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing influencer campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaborations, and maintain professional relationships.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate product seeding and campaign deliverables with influencers.
- Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
- Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Maintain an updated database of influencers, agencies, and collaboration records.
- Prepare campaign reports and present insights to management.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, emerging creators, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and social media teams for campaign execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Freshers with strong social media knowledge may also apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of influencer analytics and campaign tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Salary
**₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month** *(depending on experience and skills).*
Working Hours
- **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**
