We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and manage our organization's human resources operations. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leadership while serving as a trusted advocate for our employees. You will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, maintaining compliance, nurturing a positive company culture, and managing daily HR functions to support overall business growth.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Align human resources initiatives with overall business objectives and long-term organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and building a strong employer brand.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and manage an engaging orientation process for new hires and conduct structured exit interviews.
- Employee Relations: Act as a primary mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, address grievances, and cultivate a healthy work environment.
- Performance Management: Administer the company's performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and high performance.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage, evaluate, and update competitive salary structures and comprehensive employee perks and benefits programs.
- Training & Development: Identify training gaps across departments and implement skill enhancement or leadership development programs.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure complete adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws while updating internal employee handbooks and policies.
- HR Metrics & Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators, such as turnover and retention rates, to provide data-driven support to management.
- Team Management: Direct, mentor, and support a dedicated team of junior HR specialists and administrative staff.
