Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to generate leads, engage potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in real estate sales or telecalling.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers and provide information about ongoing and upcoming property projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, referrals, social media, and other sources.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team with interested clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Support the sales team in lead management and deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation activities.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to achieve sales and lead generation targets.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
