Job Responsibilities:
? WebEngage Orchestration: Own the day-to-day execution, segmentation, and channel orchestration across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, WhatsApp, and SMS.
? Lifecycle Journey Mapping: Build, deploy, and continuously optimize advanced, non-generic automated journeys for onboarding, early activation, habit formation, and win-back.
? Loyalty & Reactivation: Set up and monitor our loyalty tier logic (Elite progression) and run aggressive campaigns to reactivate dormant segments.
? Rigorous Experimentation: Run a disciplined A/B testing cadence with proper holdout groups to measure actual incremental lift and revenue—not just vanity metrics like opens and clicks.
? Persona Segmentation: Build and localize data segments based on user personas (Creators, SMBs, Agencies), geographies, and spend tiers.
? CRM Stack Health: Guard deliverability, domain reputation, user fatigue limits, and compliance protocols as fiercely as you do conversion numbers
Key Skills: Mandatory:
? The Tech Stack: Deep, hands-on fluency with WebEngage (or equivalent enterprise platforms like MoEngage / CleverTap). You know how to set up events, triggers, and custom attributes.
? Global Exposure: Proven track record of running lifecycle campaigns targeted at competitive international markets.
? Move the needle on signup-to-first-campaign and first-to-third-campaign user progression within a strict 30-day window.
? Ensure all retention programs are thoroughly diagnosed using data before they are designed—no copypaste journeys.
? Maintain absolute data accuracy and clear attribution across all lifecycle user funnels.
