We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in plotted development projects. The candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills with the ability to generate site visits and achieve sales closures.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and explain project details effectively.
Generate leads through references, telecalling, digital platforms, and field activities.
Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and closures.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer database.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
Provide timely market feedback and competitor updates.
Skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales and plotted development projects.
Ability to work on targets and handle pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM handling is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Any graduate degree.
2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably plotted developments.
Candidate should be proactive, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
