We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to own and execute performance-led digital marketing initiatives across the group's portfolio. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of paid media, marketing automation, lead generation, and data analytics designed for someone who is equally comfortable setting up a HubSpot workflow as they are analysing a Google Ads campaign. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of B2B digital marketing tools, a growth mindset, and a working familiarity with AI-based marketing workflows. You will collaborate closely with the marketing leadership, sales teams, and external agencies to drive measurable pipeline
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Google, LinkedIn & Meta
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Drive targeted B2B lead generation through keyword targeting, audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategies tailored to industrial and capital equipment buyers.
- Track and report on performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates; continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend allocation and ROI across platforms.
- Coordinate with agencies and creative teams to ensure campaign assets meet platform and brand standards.
2. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including newsletters, promotional mailers, and triggered communications.
- Manage WhatsApp Business broadcast campaigns for product launches and lead nurturing touchpoints.
- Build segmented contact lists based on buyer persona, geography, and stage in the sales funnel.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and response rates; optimise cadence, subject lines, and content based on performance data.
3. SEO & Website Performance
- Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs (or equivalent tools).
- Brief and coordinate with the SEO agency on on-page optimisation priorities, including keyword mapping, meta tags, internal linking, and content structuring; review and approve recommendations before implementation.
- Monitor agency-reported keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and user behaviour data; validate insights and flag significant opportunities or anomalies to the Marketing Head.
- Coordinate with web development partners for technical SEO improvements, page speed optimisation, and schema implementation.
4. Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
- Design and deploy automated workflows in HubSpot for lead nurturing, drip campaigns, re-engagement sequences, and sales-ready alerts.
- Build personalised nurture journeys segmented by industry vertical, buyer role, and stage in the purchase funnel.
- Monitor workflow performance and iterate on triggers, delays, and content based on engagement data.
5. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Support execution of ABM campaigns targeting priority accounts across various industries.
- Coordinate personalised multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, paid ads) for target account lists defined in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Track ABM engagement metrics within HubSpot, including account-level visit data, MQA progression, and pipeline influence.
- Assist in building account intelligence briefs and intent-based targeting lists.
6. AI Tools & Marketing Workflows
- Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, or equivalent) to accelerate content drafting, keyword research, campaign ideation, and reporting.
- Stay current with emerging AI-driven marketing capabilities, including AI-powered ad optimisation, predictive lead scoring, and agentic workflow automation.
- Identify and implement AI-assisted efficiencies across the digital marketing function, reducing turnaround times while maintaining brand quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related discipline (preferred); Bachelor's degree with strong demonstrated digital marketing skills will also be considered.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, with direct ownership of performance marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CRM) is essential; HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and at least one SEO tool (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
- Experience with email marketing platforms and WhatsApp Business API or broadcast tools.
- Exposure to ABM strategy and execution in a B2B or industrial context is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI content and marketing tools, with an early adopter mindset toward automation and AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong attention to detail.
- B2B industrial or capital equipment marketing background is a significant advantage.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
