We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Architect to support the design and execution of architectural and interior projects. The role involves assisting senior team members in design development, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conceptual design, space planning, and design development.
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentation materials, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D models, renderings, and design visualizations.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Maintain project records, revisions, and drawing updates.
- Support senior architects during client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design projects.
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is preferred.
- Experience with rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or 3ds Max is an advantage.
- Understanding of construction drawings, materials, and detailing.
- Basic knowledge of building codes and standards.
