The role
Be Iraava's front door — source the stays, close the deals, own the database.
Iraava is a curated, media-first travel brand for India, handpicking rare homes across five terrains and telling their stories cinematically. We don't just list properties — we partner with them. You'll source standout stays and complementary brands, get decision-makers on a call, close the partnership, and keep our property knowledge graph flawless. This is not a coffee-fetching internship: from week one you own pipelines, negotiations and the content-to-launch handoff — and because our work is travel, you get to travel too: scouting stays, riding along on shoots and experiencing the terrains firsthand is part of the job.

The two arms you'll drive
- B2C Partnerships · existing hosts — "We market. You host." Amplify premium hosts with cinematic content + hyper-targeted reach, then drive direct bookings in exchange for an exclusive Iraava community rate + booking commission. Zero upfront, no lock-in.
- B2B Partnerships · investors — "We build. We run. You earn." End-to-end portfolio management for property investors — design, launch, listing, daily ops & P&L. Performance-split only: "we start earning when you do."
What you'll actually do
1 · Host sourcing & deal-closing (B2C)
- Source 20–30 properties/week in your terrain (Himalayas + Plateaus, or Beaches + Forests + Deserts).
- Own the pipeline: outreach → pitch deck → visit coordination → signed partnership.
- Negotiate the exclusive Iraava rate (weekday/weekend/long-stay/peak) that beats the host's public listing + the commission split.
- Close 4–6 hosts/month.
2 · B2B investor pipeline
- Build & qualify a lead list of property owners / investors for the zero-upfront portfolio-management arm.
- Route warm, high-intent leads to the founder with a clean brief.
- Support the corporate-retreats & event-house venue pipeline.
3 · Brand & influencer partnerships
- Build a pipeline across complementary brands — travel gear, F&B, lifestyle, fintech, wedding/retreat planners.
- Close 2–3 micro-influencer collabs/month (1K–50K, India travel niche): pitch → contract → brief → post-stay deliverables.
4 · Content coordination (not creation)
- Brief each signed host on the assets we need — stills, vertical clips, walkthrough, host interview.
- Hand off to the editing team with a shot list + story angle; quality-check every edit against the Iraava bar before it ships.
5 · Own the database (our competitive moat)
Keep our master property database (Notion + Sheets) 100% current — host contact, property details, rates, local context, specialty, house rules, status, pipeline stage.
You'll thrive here if you
- Can write a cold DM/email that gets a reply from a stranger — and close on a call.
- Are comfortable negotiating with a 55-year-old homestay owner and a first-time investor.
- Are organised to the point of being slightly obsessive (we will check your spreadsheet hygiene).
- Have an eye for aesthetics — you can tell a good stay from a great one.
- Treat Indian travel as a movement worth building, not a vacation.
Nice-to-have: Hindi + a regional language; basic Canva/CapCut/Premiere; a personal IG that proves you get the platform; past internships in travel, hospitality, sales, content or D2C.
