Our products are currently deployed at unicorn IT service companies, and we are experiencing significant sales momentum. The founding team of Prismforce consists of experts in deep domain knowledge and product management, including alumni from McKinsey, Amazon, and Uber, complemented by technology enthusiasts from IIT and designers who are passionate about reimagining this space with innovative products.
As we expand, we are looking for a passionate Product Designer with a strong background in design systems to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.

Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and products.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Ensure design specifications are properly implemented by the development team.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions, ideation processes, and design reviews.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Qualifications and Skills

5-8 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design and design systems.

Proficiency in Figma.

Experience in building, scaling, and maintaining design systems.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with Framer.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
