Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from commencement to handover. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
- Manage complete site execution from start to project handover.
- Study drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved designs.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and modular installation activities.
- Ensure timely completion of milestones.
Site Supervision
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout execution.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively.
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards.
Vendor & Labour Management
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Allocate work efficiently and monitor productivity.
- Verify work completed before approving payments.
- Ensure manpower availability as per project schedule.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact during execution.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients.
- Address client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
Material Management
- Plan material requirements in advance.
- Coordinate deliveries to avoid delays.
- Verify quantities and quality of materials received.
- Minimize wastage and maintain inventory records.
Quality Control
- Conduct stage-wise quality inspections.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and specifications.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure before handover.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Track project timelines and budgets.
- Record site measurements and variations.
- Submit regular progress updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution or project management.
- Experience handling residential interior projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior execution processes.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic project management tools.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings is an added advantage.
