- Conduct research to create forecasts about the cost of a project.
- Create estimation reports for the project manager. Monitor the budgets and expenditures
- Collaborate with the project manager to make decisions about resource allocation.
- Anticipate potential risks and develop preventative solutions.
- Assist with feasibility studies and strategize how to increase margins of profit of a project.
- Identify costs and overall budget, ensuring the project is on track.
- Review and assess project timelines.
- Prepare bills of quantities for tender purpose
- Prepare mis reports
