Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a product company or software development environment, preferred IT Service Management, IT Asset Management

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Delivery experience in implementation AI projects
-
Good Understanding of ITIL
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools
-
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira etc.)
-
Project Management Certifications such as PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or PRINCE2.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders as per Scope of Work.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines.

Monitor and track progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones.

Take full accountability for the successful end-to-end implementation of projects.

Ensure project closure, including obtaining sign-off, within the defined timeline
-
Monitor overall progress, resource utilization and initiate corrective actions as and when required.
Managing Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Score-
Consistently work towards maintaining and improving the CSAT score by delivering quality results and fostering positive customer relationships.
Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and deliverables.

Risk and Issue Management:
-
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-
Address issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.

Smooth Handover to Support Teams
Ensure a seamless transition of projects to support teams with complete documentation and training.

Operational Hygiene

Conduct regular reviews to maintain high standards of operational hygiene, including:Daily Tracker, Weekly Status Reports, Management reviews etc.
