Akshar Yoga Kendraaa, is a 20+ year old organisation founded by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar. We are an internationally recognized institution that is officially accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas and guided by Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, we've spent over a decade building a home for authentic yogic education — through teacher trainings, retreats, wellness programs, and a community that now spans the globe.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can hold both structure and spirit — someone who finds quiet satisfaction in building systems that let good work travel further.

Our offerings extend well beyond wellness programs, and teacher trainings — they reach corporates, institutions, and government bodies in ways suited to each. This role is about reaching the right people and organizations, and helping them discover what our ancient practice can bring into their world.

What You'll Do
- Reach out and build genuine relationships with corporates, institutions, healthcare, hospitality, government bodies, and communities
- Understand each organization's needs and share the right offering with them
- Meet new people through networking, referrals, and events
- Put together efficient, thoughtful proposals for each conversation that moves forward
- Keep an eye on what's happening in the wellness world, and bring back ideas worth exploring
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years of experience in outreach, relationship-building, or partnerships
- Is comfortable starting a conversation with the prospects, Speaks and listens with warmth and clarity
- Can think ahead, knows how to hustle & can hold several relationships at once, and give each one real attention
- Is comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
Bonus Points
- An existing network across corporate, education, healthcare, hospitality, government, or wellness spaces
- Experience introducing training, education, wellness, or consulting offerings to others
- Ease with presenting and public speaking
Pay: ₹13,975.85 - ₹68,263.11 per month
