Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within a defined geographic area. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to maximize growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives or executives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget planning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
