Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across channels
- Leverage tools (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, market mapping)
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
- Analyze sourcing metrics and optimize performance
- Mentor sourcing team and drive best practices
Requirements:
- 8+ years in talent sourcing/recruitment
- Expertise in sourcing tools and market research
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven and proactive approach
