Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to handle client communication, understand requirements, explain relevant services and manage follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and client interactions.
- Ensure a professional and positive client experience.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional approach and client-handling ability.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of banking or financial services is an advantage.
