We are looking for motivated people who want real-world experience in sales, outreach, and client communication.
What You’ll Do
- Find and connect with potential business clients
- Outreach through Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Start conversations with business owners
- Understand client requirements
- Schedule meetings with the founder
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain lead updates in Google Sheets / CRM
Requirements
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Basic English understanding
- Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp & LinkedIn
- Self-motivated and consistent
- Laptop + internet connection
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
Performance Expectations
- Daily outreach activity
- Meeting booking targets
- Consistent lead follow-ups
Compensation
Performance-Based Internship
- No fixed monthly stipend during the internship period.
- Interns will earn performance-based incentives on successful client conversions.
- Incentives are linked to qualified meetings, successful client conversions, and overall performance.
- Top performers may receive additional bonuses based on performance.
- High-performing interns may be offered long-term paid opportunities within DW Agency after successful completion of the internship.
Important:
This is a performance-based internship and does not include a fixed monthly stipend.
