Key Responsibilities:
- Design, improve, and implement robust SAP SD business process solutions.
- Handle Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Order Management, Credit Management, Billing Management, Pricing Procedures, and Taxation.
- Manage Third-Party Processes, Special Billing Processes, Schemes, Rebates, Consignment Processes, and Rebate Processing.
- Work on Logistics Execution, Delivery, Picking, Packing, and Parts Management.
- Prepare Functional Specifications, RAD Documents, Test Cases, User Manuals, and related project documentation.
- Support ticket management activities including L1, L2, and L3 issue resolution.
- Handle Change Requests and complex business process customizations.
- Collaborate closely with ABAP teams for custom developments and enhancements.
- Support automation initiatives and process improvement activities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Functional Consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD processes and configurations.
- Experience in Support Projects and Ticketing Tools.
- Preferred experience in Cement Industry implementations/support projects.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
