We are hiring for Senior HR Executive/ Assistant Manager
Qualification- MSW
Industry - NGO, MISSIONARY.
Location:- Chennai
Salary - 4–6 lakhs per annum
HR operations covering employee documentation, onboarding & induction, attendance & leave management, employee records, engagement, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.
Conducts research and benchmarking of organizations understand successful education for student-development models.
Assesses the needs, challenges, and expectations of students preparing for competitive examinations.
Support the development of an initial student development, mentoring, and coaching framework.
Identify and evaluated suitable faculty members, mentors, trainers, and subject-matter experts.
Explore and develop potential partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and other organizations.
Support the development and improvement of the Foundation’s website, communication materials, and outreach initiatives.
Establish basic systems, processes, documentation, and operational frameworks for program implementation.
Assist in identifying, designing, and launching the initial set of educational and student-development programs.
Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and effective delivery of programs.
Contribute to building a structured foundation for student education, mentoring, competitive exam preparation, and career development initiatives.
Preferred experience: Exposure to student development, youth development, education, mentoring, career guidance or social-sector programs.
