Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to enhance the performance of our academic counselors and sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that improve sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and induction training for new sales hires.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs for Academic Counselors and Business Development Executives.
- Train teams on sales techniques, objection handling, consultative selling, and closing strategies.
- Monitor and audit sales calls to ensure quality and process adherence.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct mock calls, role-plays, and skill development sessions.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and call audits.
- Create and update training materials, scripts, SOPs, and knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to improve productivity.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training reports and performance metrics.
- Support recruitment by conducting interviews and evaluating sales candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in Sales Training, preferably in the Education/EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of counseling and admissions sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Experience in call auditing and performance management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools( Lead square or other)
- Ability to motivate teams and drive sales excellence.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of EdTech products
- Experience training inside sales (online and offline)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
