Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from initial client engagement through deal closure, acting as a trusted consultant by understanding client needs and proposing innovative,
value-driven solutions.
Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurturing customer relationships into
high-value engagements
Lead consultative selling of digital marketing services to marketing leaders at mid-size and large B2B, B2C, and D2C companies
Acquire new logos and nurture customer relationships into long-term, high-value engagements
Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with business goals
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through CRM tools.
Requirements
MBA with at least 4-7 years of experience in selling B2B services (technology/IT/marketing/professional services)
Possess a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the target geographies
Ability to generate meetings with prospective customers through various channels inc LinkedIn, emails, events, cold calling
Passion for hunting and closing big ticket deals by managing a complex sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders
Willingness to travel to the target geographies for deal closures
Ability to keep himself/herself abreast of the latest technology and business trends in organisational focus areas
