Job Summary
The Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Head/GM/Director by preparing techno-commercial documents, coordinating with customers and internal departments, maintaining records, and ensuring timely submission of quotations, tenders, and project-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents timely.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer database, enquiry records, and project documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, production and finance departments for timely execution of customer requirements.
- Track tender status, order processing, and customer communications.
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and amendments.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial offers for Transmission Line Towers, Substation Structures, Solar MMS, and Crash Barrier projects etc.
- Handle customer correspondence through email and telephone.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information.
- Follow up for bill submission, BOE submission & recovery of payment on time.
- Support the marketing team in achieving departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing coordination, back-office operations, or tendering (preferred).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Good communication and computer skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
