Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who will be responsible for post-sales support, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving addon/upgraded sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has good communication skills, and is motivated by targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients after the sale is completed
- Understand client requirements and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through professional communication
- Identify opportunities for addon services and upsell digital solutions
- Work towards achieving monthly sales/upgradation targets from existing clients
- Perform cold calling when needed to boost conversions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and upgrades in the CRM
Requirements:
- Freshers from any educational background can apply
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, support, or customer service will be preferred
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in digital marketing is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be based in Delhi and comfortable working from our Kirti Nagar office
- Should be target-oriented and proactive in client engagement
