About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Social Media Manager cum Client Coordinator who can seamlessly manage social media operations while effectively handling client communication and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital platforms along with the ability to pitch ideas and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and oversee content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform algorithms
Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables
- Present ideas, strategies, and reports to clients
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and maintain client satisfaction
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to pitch ideas and handle client interactions professionally
- Good understanding of branding, marketing, and PR strategies
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing / Advertising / PR / Mass Communication
- Relevant industry experience in Marketing, Advertising, or PR Agency is mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working on government or corporate accounts will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
