Job Summary:
- We seek an experienced Architect Head is responsible for Creating visual concepts, Autocad, Layouts, and designs for print and digital media. Collaborates with marketing and internal teams, coordinates with vendors and ensures high-quality, creative output from concept to final delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare Architectural drawings, working drawings, and elevations for residential projects.
- Develop design concepts and layouts using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.S
- Create detailed designs for interior spaces, including floor plans, wall finishes, lighting fixtures, and other elements.
- Would be responsible for project design, interior design, space utilisation, plan preparation.
- Developing and presenting design concepts, plans, and models to clients for approval.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, Structural, Interior, Landscape).
- Contribute to innovation, design research, adoption of new technologies.
Requirements for successful candidate
- 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate / construction projects.
- Registered Architect (COA – India)
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is required
- Leadership & Team Management
- Strong design and coordination skills
- Knowledge of building codes and approvals
