Title: EUC Engineer
Location: Gurugram/ Work from home
Shift: EST- Night Shift
We are looking for EUC Engineer to manage end-user computing support, handle L2/L3 escalations, and ensure smooth IT operations across hardware, software, and network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve P1/P2 incidents end-to-end
- Act as escalation point for L1/L2 teams
- Troubleshoot issues across:
- Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers
- Active Directory (user management, access issues)
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- VDI / Citrix environments
- VPN and network connectivity
- Manage endpoint lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, asset tracking)
- Work on endpoint tools like:
- Microsoft Intune / SCCM / PDQ
- Perform OS imaging, patching, and application deployments
- Maintain SLA adherence and ticket quality using ITSM tools
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in EUC / Desktop / IT Support
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Active Directory (user & access management)
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Endpoint management (Intune / SCCM / similar tools)
- Experience handling L2/L3 support and escalations
- Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira)
- Good communication skills (supporting US based users)
