Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Estimation & Contract Executive who can manage end-to-end quotation preparation, costing, and contract documentation across multiple business functions including HR, Logistics, and Accounting services. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in proposal preparation, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate and professional client submissions. Candidates with Gulf/Middle East project or client handling experience will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial proposals for clients
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and related documentation
- Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams for accurate project costing and scope finalization
- Handle end-to-end proposal preparation for staffing, logistics, accounting, and business support services
- Ensure all quotations and contracts are accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines
- Maintain pricing records, vendor details, and client documentation
- Support contract negotiations, revisions, and clarification discussions with clients
- Analyze project requirements and provide competitive pricing solutions
- Track contract renewals, amendments, and approvals
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation using Excel and other office tools
- Work with Gulf/Middle East client requirements, pricing standards, and commercial documentation processes
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in estimation, costing, quotations, contracts, or proposal preparation
- Gulf/Middle East experience is mandatory or highly preferred
- Experience handling HR, Logistics, Accounting, or multi-service business quotations is preferred
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of pricing structures, commercial terms, and documentation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and documentation tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing staffing proposals, logistics quotations, and accounting service estimates
- Knowledge of GCC commercial documentation and client coordination
- Ability to work independently and handle all-round estimation activities
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or quotation management systems is an added advantage
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
