We provide convenient, reliable, and high-quality car-care services directly at the customer’s location. We are looking for responsible and hardworking Car Wash Technicians to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities - Travel to customer locations and provide doorstep car-washing services. - Perform exterior washing, interior vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, tyre cleaning and polishing. - Carry out basic car detailing services according to company standards. - Safely operate pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, steamers and other equipment. - Use cleaning chemicals in the correct quantity and according to safety instructions. - Inspect the vehicle before and after completing the service. - Report any existing scratches, damage or concerns before beginning the work. - Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of company tools and equipment. - Follow the daily job schedule and reach customer locations on time. - Communicate politely and professionally with customers. - Collect payment or confirm digital payment when required. - Update completed job details through WhatsApp, mobile application or company records. - Follow AQUASHIFT safety procedures, service SOPs and customer-care standards. - Inform the supervisor immediately about equipment problems, accidents, customer complaints or service delays. Candidate Requirements - Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred. - Candidate should know how to ride a two-wheeler confidently. - Previous experience in car washing, detailing, automobile service or field work is preferred. - Freshers who are willing to learn may also apply. - Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning is an advantage. - Must be physically fit and comfortable performing field-based work. - Must be punctual, disciplined, honest and responsible. - Good communication and customer-service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel within assigned service areas in Kozhikode. - Basic ability to use WhatsApp, Google Maps and smartphone applications. - Must take proper care of company equipment and materials. Education Minimum qualification: SSLC or equivalent preferred. Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.
