Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to support our sales team by generating leads, engaging prospective customers, and driving business opportunities through telecalling, email marketing, and CRM management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound telecalling and cold calling to identify and qualify potential customers.
* Generate new business opportunities through email marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive database for telecalling activities
*Identify and compile relevant information to build a targeted and effective database and regularly update to ensure accuracy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
* Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate customer information and interaction history in the CRM system.
* Follow up with leads to nurture prospects and maximize conversion opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and service.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
* Good knowledge of telecalling, cold calling, and email marketing.
* Hands-on experience with CRM software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications quickly.
* Good organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Customer Engagement (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered).
Preferred Experience
* Experience in IT products, software, or technology sales will be an added advantage.
* Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
