*Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding
*Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, handling daily queries, mediating conflicts, and managing grievance resolutions to foster a positive work culture
*Policy & Compliance: Develop and update company HR policies, ensuring strict adherence to regional labor laws and statutory requirements
*Performance & Learning: Assist department managers in conducting performance evaluations, tracking appraisals, and identifying employee training needs
*Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, handle exit formalities (offboarding), and generate HR reports for management
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
