Job Summary
The Quality Analyst is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and monitoring the work completed by the operations team to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with client and company standards. The role involves identifying errors, providing feedback, preparing quality reports, and ensuring process adherence across projects involving medical records, claims, billing details, insurance information, documentation, and other process-related outputs.
