Hardware and Peripherals Support
- Fix and maintain desktop computers and laptops
- Set up extra devices like keyboards, monitors, and mouse.
- Troubleshoot and clear jams in office printers and scanners
- Replace basic internal parts like RAM or hard drives.
Software Installation and Setup
- Install and update operating systems like Windows.
- Set up standard programs like office suites and web browsers
- Run security and antivirus scans on endpoints
- Onboard new staff by preparing their workstations.
- CCTV install, backup, Troubleshooting.
Network and Escalation Tasks
- Troubleshoot local Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and basic VPN access
- Guide users through simple connection fixes
- Send complex or unfixed errors to senior L2 or L3 support teams
- Write notes on how problems were fixed for the team knowledge base
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
