Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and onboard clinical and non-clinical staff (RMOs, Staff Nurses, Technicians, Front Office).
- Statutory Compliance: Manage payroll and ensure adherence to EPF (Employees' Provident Fund) and ESI (Employees' State Insurance) norms. Maintain records for inspection.
- Performance Management: Oversee staff appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, shift scheduling, and staff welfare.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce hospital regulations, infection control policies, and patient-first standards.
Experience: 1 or 2 year in hospital
Duty time: 9am to 6 pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
