Responsibilities include mounting panels on rooftops or ground structures, performing electrical wiring, testing system functionality, and ensuring compliance with safety codes. - Installation: Assembling and installing solar modules, mounting hardware, and inverters according to design, blueprints, and local codes.
- Electrical Work: Connecting solar panels to the electrical grid, including wiring, grounding, and installing combiner boxes.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conducting routine inspections, repairing faulty systems, cleaning panels, and diagnosing electrical issues.
- Site Assessment: Evaluating job sites for structural integrity, shading, and optimal panel placement.
- Safety Adherence: Following Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and electrical codes, particularly while working at heights or with high-voltage equipment. Go Construct +6
