Our platform identifies visibility gaps, AI discoverability issues, and optimization opportunities so agencies can offer AI visibility services to their clients with confidence.
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / SDR to help us connect with digital agencies, SEO agencies, content agencies, web agencies, and growth partners, and book qualified appointments for product demos and partnership discussions.
Role Overview
This role is focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. Your primary responsibility will be to identify relevant agencies, start conversations with decision-makers, generate interest in crawlability.ai, and schedule meetings for the founder or sales team.
You will play a key role in helping us grow our agency channel and partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect digital agencies, SEO agencies, web agencies, content agencies, and related service providers
- Reach out to founders, agency owners, directors, growth heads, SEO leads, and strategy decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outbound channels
- Create interest around crawlability.ai’s value proposition for agencies
- Qualify leads based on relevance, agency profile, service fit, and partnership potential
- Book qualified demo calls and partnership meetings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, responses, and appointments in CRM or tracking sheets
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold prospects
- Work closely with the founder/sales leadership to refine outreach messaging, target segments, and objection handling
- Share market feedback, prospect insights, and common objections to improve positioning
- Support pipeline development for agency partnerships, white-label opportunities, and reseller discussions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, SDR, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Comfortable doing outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Ability to engage decision-makers and create interest quickly
- Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing services, SEO tools, martech, or agency-focused solutions is a strong advantage
- Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Ability to understand a new product quickly and communicate its business value clearly
- Experience using CRM, spreadsheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred
