Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Sales Manager to drive B2B and institutional sales growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key institutional accounts, and supporting tender-based sales processes across government and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in institutional and B2B segments
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline across government departments and large organizations
- Manage end-to-end tendering processes, including participation in E-business platforms
- Collaborate closely with the retail sales team to maximize cross-functional sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and MIS related to sales activities

Experience

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
