Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Instore Sales Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, engaging with customers, and ensuring excellent in-store sales performance. BRAND - IMPEX!
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and demonstrate products to potential customers in the showroom.
- Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and usage.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and presentable.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
Any previous experience in showroom sales, particularly in retail or consumer goods, would be preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
- Presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiners will be given high preference.
- Candidates residing near the location will be considered
- Prefers Candidates with sales knowledge in Electronics/Kitchen Appliances/Home Appliances/Electrical Prouducts
