Your role requires you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design appropriate resolutions, fostering a seamless user experience.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of system integration techniques.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with client relationship management tools.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.
