Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or BFSI sales
- Strong knowledge of life insurance, health insurance, or general insurance products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain a strong customer network
- Self-motivated and result-driven approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, and networking
- Promote insurance products and provide suitable solutions to customers
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct client meetings and explain policy benefits and coverage details
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
