Gurind India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all electrical and mechanical maintenance activities within the glass processing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, preventive maintenance planning, breakdown analysis, and smooth functioning of all plant machinery and utilities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in electrical systems, automation, furnace operations, and industrial utility maintenance, preferably from the glass processing or related manufacturing industry. Candidates with B.Tech qualification will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical & Automation Maintenance
- Handling and maintenance of:
- Tempering Furnaces
- PLC Systems
- HMI Systems
- DG Sets
- LT HT panels
- Compressors
- Transformers
- Autoclaves
- Compressors, Chillers, and Utility Equipment
- Troubleshooting electrical breakdowns and ensuring minimum downtime.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance planning for all plant machinery.
- Monitoring electrical load management and energy optimization.
- Maintaining electrical panels, drives, sensors, motors, and control systems.
- Ensuring proper calibration and functioning of automation systems.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹71,896.86 per month
