- Must have total 6+ years in IT and 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a STIBO STEP MDM/PIM Developer on production implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP – data modeling, workflows, business rules, business actions, privilege rules, Web UI configuration, and STEP Workbench.
- Proficient in configuring STEP Inbound (IIEP) and Outbound (OIEP) Integration Endpoints, background processes, and event processors.
- Solid programming skills in JavaScript (for STEP Business Rules) and Java for custom extensions, plugins, and integration components.
- Strong experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services for MDM/PIM integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for source data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Good understanding of MDM/PIM concepts – data modeling, hierarchies, classifications, match & merge, survivorship, syndication, and data stewardship – across product, customer, supplier, or location domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for STEP configuration deployment and integration components.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and privacy/compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
