Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills to guide prospective students, explain our courses, and convert enquiries into admissions. Candidates with prior experience in educational institutes, training centers, or EdTech companies will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain enquiry records and update CRM/MIS regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for student support.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Counselling, Telecalling, or Admissions is preferred.
