Provide preliminary information to prospects about solar system benefits, financing options, and government schemes like the Prime Minister's Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna program.
Handle inquiries and respond to customer questions effectively.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Coordinate between potential clients and the sales team for smooth follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand product offerings and align lead generation efforts.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
