We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and demonstrate our software solutions to businesses across Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for visiting client offices, understanding their business requirements, giving product demonstrations, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients and businesses for software demonstrations.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate new business leads through field visits and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients to close sales.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for successful onboarding.
- Maintain daily reports of client visits, meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in the field.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/software products is an advantage.
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license (preferred).
