- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
