Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical works at our project sites. The candidate will supervise technicians, ensure quality installation, maintain safety standards, and coordinate project activities to achieve timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical installation activities (wiring, conduiting, DB/Panel installation, earthing, lighting, cable laying, etc.)
- Assign tasks to electricians/technicians and monitor progress
- Read, understand, and execute electrical drawings, SLD, and layouts
- Ensure work is carried out as per IS standards, safety practices, and project specifications
- Perform site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and suggest corrective actions
- Maintain daily work reports, material usage reports, and progress updates
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth work flow
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in electrical site supervision
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, LT panels, DBs, wiring, earthing, and safety norms
- Ability to lead and manage a team of electricians
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of drawings and site documentation
